Edgar's is part of Helms, L.L.C., a wholly owned subsidiary of Goodwill Industries operated by Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia, Inc. At Edgars we train culinary/hospitality students in a fine dining environment, in addition to generating revenue to fund Goodwill's mission: to help people discover and develop their God-given gifts through education, work, and career development services.
