Dine on our a la carte menu Monday through Thursday. Options include fresh soups and salads, and a variety of sandwiches and entrees prepared by our culinary students under our chefs' supervision.

To take advantage of the freshest seasonal ingredients, Edgar's is pleased to offer a new menu every quarter.

We understand your time is important.  That is why all options on our Executive Express menu will be delivered to your table in 15 minutes or less when dining in. These items are included on our Soup, Salad and Sandwich menus.
