With a city-chic appearance and a menu of pure food art, Edgar's presents a unique and innovative dining experience that nourishes the body and the soul.  Since its opening in 2007, Edgar's has been training culinary students from Goodwill Industries Polly's Hospitality Institute, the Macon culinary arts institute program of Helms Career Institute.

At Edgar's, enjoy an a la carte menu of tantalizing soups, garden-fresh salads, and an array of sandwiches and entrées to please even the most discriminating palate. To take advantage of the freshest seasonal ingredients, Edgar's is pleased to offer a new menu every quarter.
