With a city-chic vibe, Edgar’s Bistro presents a unique and innovative dining experience that nourishes the body and the soul. Since opening in Macon in 2007 and Augusta in 2012, Edgar’s has trained student chefs from the culinary arts school of Helms College. Edgar’s Bistro is operated by Helms College Culinary Arts students and faculty. Join us for lunch or dinner and become part of our classroom!
